# Afroepen profielen

Binnen WAVEDESK kunt u eenvoudig profielen afroepen voor uw projecten via een speciale module die beschikbaar is via het menu onder **"Erp - Frames" -> "Afroepen profielen"**.

Binnen de module krijgt u een overzicht van alle projecten waarvoor u profielen kunt afroepen bij uw leverancier.

Het overzicht bevat de volgende informatie:

* Projectnummer
* Projectnaam
* Kleur van de profielen
* Afgesproken plaatsingsdatum met de klant
* Indicatie of de plaatsing reeds is uitgevoerd
* Indicatie of de plaatsingsdatum definitief is vastgelegd
* Eventuele opmerkingen over de profielen

#### Profielen afroepen: stapsgewijze procedure

Om profielen af te roepen, volgt u deze procedure:

1. Selecteer de gewenste profielen door ze te markeren in de kolom 'Afroepen'. Dit doet u door op de kolom te klikken, waarna het icoon groen zal worden.
2. Geef onderaan links de gewenste leveringsdatum in. Standaard wordt de datum van vandaag voorgesteld.
3. Klik op de snelkoppeling 'Afroepen'. Het platform zal automatisch een mail samenstellen die rechtstreeks kan worden verstuurd naar de verantwoordelijke bij uw leverancier om de afroeping te voltooien.
